MOMMY & ME SALT CAVE SESSION

These sessions are for children 12yrs of age and younger. salt air benefits children as much as it does adults. A mommy & me session is 30 minutes as children's lungs do not require the same amount of salt air as adult lungs for a therapeutic result. Beach toys are provided for younger children as they love playing on the salt floor. Older children may bring in their own iPad or tablet if they wish. Relaxing music is played for the half hour.

Socks and a light sweater are required for children. No food or beverages of any kind are allowed inside the salt cave. Diaper changes may not be done inside the salt cave please use the restroom and dispose of the diaper in the trash cans outside of the building. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please do not allow your child to jump on the chairs, throw salt, or climb on the slat lamps or walls while in the salt cave.
